This is a collection of the official and unofficial publications of Kentucky State University in Frankfort, Kentucky, its organizations, faculty, and alumni. Included are such materials as the president's reports, audits, class schedules, student handbooks, operating manuals, student rosters, telephone directories, departmental newsletters, programs, Faculty Senate minutes, and alumni publications. Among the subjects and activities documented are athletics, faculty affairs, commencements and convocations, musical and theatrical productions, inaugurations, speeches and lectures, the library, and alumni. The collection includes the campus newspaper, THE THOROBRED; KSU MAGAZINE, an alumni publication; and THE ATHLETE, the official publication of the Kentucky High School Athletic Association.
